I used the mono adapter. I use the stereo for our cordless phone and it
works well too. I really like the sound quality from the thing.
I had one of the original cla7 loops which was made by another
manufacturer the name of which I can't recall. It worked okay for a
while, but the points where the wires entered the battery and control
housing were really poorly engineered and the connections gave out in
just a few months of use.
The v2 seems to be much better.
