Subject: [PCBUILD] Registry Problem

My father-in-law's computer confronts him with this message on startup:
16 bit Windows Subsystem
SYSTEM\Current Control Set\Control\Virtual Device Drivers.VDD. Virtual Device Driver format in the registry is invalid.  Choose Close to terminate the application.
He has two choices, Close or Ignore.  Clicking either one closes the window and there are no apparent problems with operation from then on.

Any idea how I can clear the matter up so the minor annoyance of the message can be eliminated?
