Yes, a good read, that got me started on the journey, Paula.That's the book which convinced me that being vegetarian might not be in my best interests.
From there it was a hop, skip and a jump through Robb Wolff's "The Paleo Solution,"Ori Hoffmekler's "The Warrior Diet," Mark Sisson's "Primal Blueprint," Ray Audette's "Neanderthin,"and Nora Gedgaudas' "Primal Body, Primal Mind," each of them excellent in their unique ways.
Good nutrition and health seem to be a lifelong pursuit. -Diane
