Hi Brad,
I visited the ZC forum and its fascinating. Can you tell me what your daily 70% fat daily diet looks like in terms of meals, snacks etc on a typical few days?
Thank you,
Batsheva

Peter,
Zero carb is optimal, once you become adapted to using ketones for energy. My diet is roughly 70% fat. I have a lot more energy and recover from workouts more quickly (less soreness as well) when going zero carb.
There are a whole host of folks at http://forum.zeroinginonhealth.com/ who report the same. A number of them run marathons on zero carb.
You can't say zero carb is not optimal for you unless you give it a fair try.

I totally agree with you Dedy. I feel fantastic. I eat fruit, veg and white rice on hard training days. Why would I want to "experiment" with zero carb.
That is your opinion of the "Paleo" diet William, that zero carb is optimal. I disagree, and so do a lot of other paleo peeps.
