Interesting - supposedly healthy women cycle with the moon but most women,
due to city lights, black out curtains, etc. are not exposed to moon light
anymore. I know for myself, the slightest bit of light, even from the moon,
causes me not to sleep as soundly as when I sleep in a completely dark room.
