My shins are so dry and flaky no matter what I do. I eat lots of fat, drink
plenty of water -- what gives? I'm a middle-aged gal so maybe it's hormones.
Anyway, just wondering if anyone out there has found a paleo cure for this.
I've been applying coconut oil w/vitamin e mixed in and this hides the
appearance but it doesn't cure it. I hate having alligator skin on my shins
especially in the summer! PS: I have no itching or redness -- just dry flakes.
