Yes, I am averaging about 1500 calories per day. Hunger's not an issue -- but energy is right now. Last time I found that my energy picked up after three days or so, so I expect to turn the corner soon. I suspect that my body is predisposed to burn my stored fat before hunger picks up.
I'm really wanting someone else to try this diet too so that I can see if they experience similar lack of hunger on such a low calorie diet. I can send a tracking spreadsheet if anyone wants a tool that would help them.
