Hi All,

My grand daughter and I made the BEST pizza to take to a party last night. It was the hit of the party even though some one brought a pizza from a local restaurant. You can't believe the raves this crust received from wheat eating folks.

We used plain Chebe bread and followed the package directions but tweaked it some.
    1. We roasted 3 cloves of garlic and mixed the soft, sweet garlic into the oil before mixing it into the flour mixture.
    2. We added 1/4 cup of mesquite flour to add a little flavor and nutrition (Chebe bread is pretty devoid of food value but tastes great).

I cut a piece of parchment paper the size of the cookie sheet so she could roll the dough out to the the exact size.

Isn't is fun to bake truly great gluten-free goodies!

Liz
