I use Maxtor Maxblast to clone my hard drive. I'm getting an error message
"Error: unable to write disc 1 sector 180897471". Both drives internal.

There's one sector at the start, and too many to count at the end. Then the
drive shows up as Raw and I can format it. When I try to clone it again,
same error messages. Is it a bad HD?

WinXP2.
