Harry:

In addition to what others have suggested, you need to be sure that "read
messages in plain text" is unchecked. To determine your current setting,
press "alt T" for tools, "O" for options, "control tab" to get to the
"reading" dialogue box. Tab three times; you'll be at "read messages in
plain text." If this is checked, uncheck it with the space bar and then tab
over to "ok".

Hope this helps!

John

Subject: [VICUG-L] can't click on links in outlook express

Hi all,
Harry here. I'm using a gateway laptop, running windows xp pro, and jaws
10.
I have outlook express set to read my messages in html, so therefore, jaws
says the word link before a link in an email, but when I hit enter to click
on a link in an email, it doesn't click. What is going on here? How can I
fix this so I can click on links in emails instead of copying and pasting
into internet explorer?
By the way, I absolutely love outlook express! I use to be a web mail user,
but this is awesome!
Harry
