Another thought is to disable the DHCP process on the Linksys and have the
Win2k Server handle the task, since it provides the ICS gateway already.
Checking Group Policy Editor like the previous poster suggested is also a
smart move. Also check your physical wiring and be sure the server is on the
same side of the router as all of the clients. If you have the server
plugged into the uplink port on the router, that could really screw things
up. Yet another thought is to take the Win2k server out of the access loop
and let the Linksys do the connection sharing, since that is what it was
designed to do in the first place. In this case, your Internet connection
gets hooked to the uplink port on the router, and everyone else sits behind
the router, either on the WAP or the 4-port switch built into the router.
