This is spyware masquerading as an antivirus program. Your computer 
security may not be up to scratch if you have picked this one up.

You should also run full scans with whatever antispyware software you 
already have---AdAware, Spybot, and Superantispyware are probably the best 
of the free ones. Microsoft's Windows Defender also is good. It is 
essential that these are regularly updated.

The fact that you have emailed them means that they now have your email 
address---which has undoubtedly been sold on to thousands of spammers. This 
is how they work. You should ensure that you have good antispam filters in 
place, otherwise you may need to change your email address. Hopefully, your 
ISP should be able to protect you from spam emails, though some charge 
extra for that protection.
