Picture this - I'm sitting on my sofa, laptop perched in front of me, enjoying a fine black coffee and taking a break, and then on impulse, I decide to discover if coffee really IS as healthy as I have been psychologically justifying to myself for the last million years. Total bummer, and I'm now going to read into coffee a bit more, and as part of my study, I'd like to ask the opinions of my fellow health commited folks on this list.
So - do y'all drink coffee? [naturally I am assuming we take it without the sugar and probably without the milk?] - if so, why, if not, why not?
