After talking to a number of people, including my doctor I've been told I consume too much fibre [since my diet is basically meat, fish, some fruit and raw veg] - I probably consume too much of one type of fibre [soluble or insoluble, I never remember] - I recently had to take some laxatives called Senokot which work quite well, but I'm hoping to add something to my daily supplementation that keeps me regular!

The Austrailian Aborginal Diet reserach I posted to the group quite some
time ago included an incredible amount of fiber, several times the
modern RDA. Perhaps it's not too much fiber but a clue that the
"squatting" method of elimination might be preferable?
