Folks, is there something wrong with this listserv? I've long noticed that

some posts (including mine) get odd characters embedded within the text.

But, it seems to be getting worse. For the first time I'm seeing Todd's

posts look like complete garbage. 



I generally read this list with the Outlook web client, and this is the only

list that I have trouble with. Yahoo and Google group digests seem to come

through just fine. 



Anyone else having this problem?
