Yes, Walt.  You'll have to get either a thumb drive to plug into  the 
player, and those are quite cheap, or there will eventually be third-party 
cartridges available to transfer the  downloaded books to and those will 
plug right into the front of the  player.  You'll have no trouble doing it, 
although if you're still on dial-up, as I think you might be, it'll take 
some time to down load a book.  Lou
