Any of the talking scientific calculators have square root functions as well
as various percent functions.
I have a texas instruments talking scientific calculator that has all that
stuff on it...although, you nearly need a degree in rocket science to use
the silly thing.
Not inexpensive though I don't think.
much easier to use the windows calculator on scientific mode for things like
square root.
The braille lites all have scientific calculators with all those sorts of
functions and they can be had for around $200 used now.
