Theirs a little pot inside the transmitter under the label.

When you turn it, the coverage will increase.

Not by much, but it does help.

  Looking at fm transmitters to send either the satellite radio or tv, or
  maybe even the victor stream audio anywhere in the house.
  So far, the wholehouse unit looks to be the best.  I tried the c-crane and
  was very disappointed, not even 20 feet of comverage.
  Any experiences welcome.
