Hi all,

I am extreemly sorry to have to report that Jim (Judge) Shaker passed away 
about 7:30 this morning.

He was at home with hospice and his son, Mark, was with him.  He had a 
peaceful death.

I know several of you knew Jim and I was sure you would want to know.
