Any QSO you have with WA3MIX is a plus!

  Hi, all.

  Well, this year's skywarn recognition day was interesting, although I =
didn't=20
  make nearly as many NWS contacts as I had in previous years when doing =
it=20
  from the home QTH.

  This time I only made 30, whereas I know in previous years, I had made =
a=20
  good 50 or 60 contacts when I did the event at home.

  I don't know if it's because conditions were so bad, or whether there =
were=20
  fewer NWS stations out there, but it just didn't seem as active as it =
had in=20
  previous years.

  I did have a nice qso along the way with Lou, WA3MIX, which added a =
neat=20
  bonus to the day.

  I'm interested in anyone's thoughts and experiences.
