Do you have any tips as a CW person for me to get my speed back up again?

When I took the Extra Class test I did the 20 words per minute with a slate
and stylus.

I could copy about thirty words per minute in my head.

Now since I haven't listened nor transmitted I'm probably down below fifteen
words per minute.

I plan to use CW because from an apartment setting I'll be able to put out a
signal with low power.

Any tips from a CW expert will be appreciated.
