Hi Richard,

I would agree with John.  I am running the Heil Gold Line here with the High
Boost 1 setting on the TS-480 and have received numerous "great audio"
comments using this combination.  With the boom and a foot switch, it's a
hard combination to beat.

What other desk microphones were not priced out of reach and worked better
with kenwood?
Do any come wired for the ts480 to avoid the adaptor?
