I have a Creative ZEN X-Fi 2. I dropped it and the screen is now
nonfunctional. The touch part of it works but the visuals are gone. I'm
getting colored and white horizontal bars that change randomly. There are no
cracks on the screen. If I touch the screen in the right places I can get
the mp3 player to work, but that's because I remember where to touch.

Is this maybe a connection that broke, or is the screen dead, and if so is
replacing the screen something I can do myself?

Thanks for any advice, Cynthia
