I was wondering what opinions are on occasional or regular use of stevia and
erythritol? I searched the archives and it looks like stevia hasn't been
discussed since 2000. If they don't raise insulin levels, it seems to me
that occasional use might be a nice thing. I respect the opinions on this
list and wanted to hear other's thoughts.

Thanks!
Charlotte
