If you've eaten just meat and raw fruit/veg it's probably not a  
problem, I make sure to brush after eating cooked veg, dried fruit  
etc.  Basically after anything sweet that's likely to stick to my  
teeth and rot them to little black stumps, like the sweets I ate when  
I was younger did.  (Ok I only lost one but I miss it.)
