Oh, c'mon, Phil:) You already know I eat raw dairy products - and did  
I mention a little red wine now and then? "Arguably Paleo" covers a  
lot of gray area. I don't really think olive oil is Paleo, nor fish  
oil, since oils generally are expressed in ways Paleo man probably  
couldn't do. A few sesame seeds aren't going to upset my philosophy  
either.

I look for a Paleo way of thinking about what I eat, and grazing  
among what are not patently unhealthy offerings to a certain extent  
is part of that. As long as there are domestic animals, and big fat  
fruits and veggies, I will never be 100% Paleo - it's just not  
realistic for me right now. I've often had a dream of joining Jean- 
Claude and eating Instincto in the woods for a while, though:)
