That's an important part of being cured. Low body temp is frequently caused
by low thyroid or low adrenals. One can be hypothyroid or hypoadrenal with
normal tests. However, you didn't tell us what the health problem was only
that you had low body temp. Low thyroid can cause lots of different kinds of
problems. One person may be constipated, another may have low energy,
another low blood pressure, another high blood pressure. Just because you
have adequate energy doesn't mean your thyroid or adrenals are fine.
However, if you have plenty of energy and no other health issues other than
low body temp, I don't see the problem. It may be helpful if you tell us
what is wrong.

If the only problem is the constipation, my son had almost no appetite and
severe constipation according to colonoscopy. The laxatives didn't help,
when he finally went on thyroid meds he started eating like a real person
again and his constipation went away. But normally, if one's thyroid is low,
they have more than one problem, sometimes you have to focus on what's really
wrong though, to realize there are other problems.
