I was diagnosed about three years ago. I never have a problem at home, but when I eat in a restaurant I almost always get a headache 20 min after eating. My gi thinks I have gluten sensitivity as well as cd. This even happens when I go to organized celiac support group restaurant events. I just had serology done, and I consistently test gluten free. I travel for work, and lead an active urban lifestyle, so avoiding restaurants is not an option. Anyone have any ideas? Please, I always discuss contamination wherever I go so avoid that suggestion. I look forward to hearing new ideas.
