A friend just introduced me to a new product I hadn't seen before. Ready
to go desserts or sliced bread that you can easily take for lunch. Comes
individually wrapped and frozen. You just take it out the freezer and throw
it in your lunch bag. At lunch time you can heat it up in the microware if
you want. Yesterday at the office had the brownie with a cup of tea on a
snowy day and it was delicious. Looks like they also has foccacia, sliced
bread and chocolate chip cookies. They come in a bag of six with each one
already wrapped separately.

I have no interest in the company but has thrilled to see something easy to
take that tasted good!

Free World Foods (www.fwfoods.com) . looks like it is GF, no soy, no
dairy, no nuts, no GMOs, etc.

Bonnie
