I have a few recipes that we find very tastey,,,,allong with the Black  
Bottom Cupcakes.
 
I have attached my husbands 'favorite' for a 'chocolate' attack! 
 
Black Bottom CupCakes
Filling;
1 pkg 8oz cream cheese
1/3c sugar 
1 egg
1/8t salt
1c mini chocolate chips
 
Cupcakes
1 1/2c GF flour(Gift of Nature Flour)
1/4c cocoa
1/2t salt
1c sugar
2t soda
1 egg
1c water
1T white Vinegar
1t+ of Vanilla
1/3c Oil
 
preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Combine cream cheese, sugar, eggand salt  in 
small bowl, blend until smooth.  Stir in chips --set aside.  
Sift together flour, cocoa, salt, sugar and soda.  Add egg, water,  vinegar, 
oil and vanilla.  Veat Until well combined.  Fill muffin  tins(lined) 1/2 full 
with chocolate batter.  Drop spoonfuls of cheese  mixture in center of 
Batter.  Sprinkle with sugar.  
Bake for 25 min or until toothpick comes out clean.

Oreo Bon Bons
1pkg GF chocolate sandwhich cookies(ie similar to Oreos)
1pkg 8oz cream cheese --room temp
24 oz pkg Vanilla/chocolate Bark
 
Crush oreos--mix cream cheese until smooth with mixer--add oreos--mix well 
 
Make into small balls will be sticky  freezewell then when frozen dip  into 
melted/warm chocolate/vanilla bark 
Put on wax paper until dry.
