GF Mall http://www.GFmall.com/
In the month of December I added to my listing many bakeries and
products. There were many, as this was a month that an issue of
Gluten-Free Living arrived, and many of these are from this issue. If
you are not a subscriber to GFL, you should look into it. The
magazine is a good source of food and ingredient information.
Bakeries. They all ship what can easily be shipped. Some also have
products available in local stores. More details at GFmall.com.

GF Books http://www.GFlinks.com/books/
There are now 200 book reviews on the page. Within each section the
books are ordered by rank at Amazon (as of the end of 2009).
A few of the books added this month were new and then there is this one:
Seriously Good! Gluten-free Cooking: In Association with Coeliac UK
by Phil Vickery
http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/1856268284?tag=gfb-21
This was published in the UK last Spring. In the UK this is the
bestselling book in Healthy Eating, and the 2nd bestselling in the
Diets and Diet & Nutrition categories. But for some reason this book
is not for sale anywhere in the US. If you want one you will have to
buy direct from the UK Amazon. You can use your American login. Total
with shipping will be about $32.
Review: The book is 3/4 main course/savory and only 1/4 is
cakes/desserts. There are ideas for different occasions (BBQ's,
parties, christmas, quick snacks, vegeterians). The recipes are not
simple and will use ingredients like chestnut flour.
* Please remember some posters may be WHEAT-FREE, but not GLUTEN-FREE *
