Thanks to all that responded. All but one person had positive feedback for this cruise ship and others. The suggestion from all was to contact the cruise line ahead of time to make them aware of your gluten free needs. Eating in the main dining room seemed to be the easiest to get gluten free bread, pancakes etc.
Cruising does not need to be a problem if you have Celiac, most all of the ships will accommodate you.
