So, if any single person cannot use a device, it is inaccessible? I think
that is a broad interpretation.
I am a total, and use an IPhone, and find it to be a very reasonably
accessible device. OK, I am not thrilled with typing on it, but
everything else is quite accessible. Just because one person tries it out
for five minutes, does not mean it is inaccessible. Just means they can't
be bothered to spend some time learning how to use it properly.
