The only food I can think of that causes increased appetite, and cravings
for nuts/sweets, is dairy but I avoid dairy. Otherwise I have not seen a
patterns. Maybe my thyroid medication is too high, although blood tests
indicate it's fine. I am still on Cytomel and Armour - would like to get off
both.

I had an NP check my leptin levels but it was mid-day. She said as long as I
had not eaten in 4 hours it was fine. I thought it had to be an overnight
fast.
