I'm not eating just meat and fat. I'm simply ensuring that I get in the
window of 90-112 grams of protein a day, below 20 grams of carbs, and
unlimited quality fats. Yesterday that meant eggs in bacon grease, a nice
filet mignon with garlic slices inserted and grilled, a couple of teaspoons
of olive oil taken out of a shot glass, a grassfed hamburger patty, and two
glasses of vino.

Thanks! I am still amazed that you are not hungry on that diet. It doesn't
seem like very many calories, or fat for that matter.
