Mag ox is available OTC at any drugstore. The others should be found at most
health food stores.

I get my mag phos load from cell salts from the health food store. BIO-XII
is what I take. They're manufactured by Hyland Homeopathics.

Here's an article for you, which is also linked in my web site at the fibro
info section ... The Role of Magnesium in Fibromyalgia ...
http://web.mit.edu/london/www/magnesium.html

The fellow who has researched fibro and the use of supplements has been very
thorough.

Tamar, I used to play scrabble aka WordBiz at www.isc.ro until some of the
folks started spending too much time shredding people and their feelings,
forgetting that there were real human beings behind the nicks. I am on
Facebook, but rarely use it. Didn't know scrabble was available there.
Networdz, which you and I played a few times (via Mirc) has gone the way of
the dinosaur. T'was ever thus! :)

I might sneak back into ISC and play WordBiz again. We shall see :)

Best,

Carla
