I have been forwarding these to others whom I believe don't have access to this list server. These are some of the questions I have been asked...
1. Is the probono just for the clinic session or any case these lawyers take on as a result of these clinics?
THE INITIAL CONSULTATIONS ARE PROBONO ONLY.
2. Does one get a discount if they chose to go with any of these lawyers as a result of these clinics or this is just a marketing strategy?
AFTER THE INITIAL CONSULTATION, THE PERSON KNOWS WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE AND HAS A CHOICE TO CALL AND CHOOSE ANY ATTORNEY IN TOWN OR OUT OF TOWN, HE OR SHE LIKES, BASED ON COST, EXPERIENCE, AVAILABILITY, ETC.
WE DO WORK ON CASES PROBONO, AND ARE WORKING, BUT WE CHOOSE THESE BASED ON DIFFERENT FACTORS.
