i AM NOT an expert, by any means, but good grief, cholesterol isn't the "bad dude" that the pharm companies would have you believe...it's  A FREAKING HORMONE!!!!  Unbalanced it might be, yep, but it's NOT BAD.  


Brad, I was really interested in your numbers - but couldn't make heads nor 
tails out of this post.  Maybe it's just the way it came in my mail and 
everyone else can interpret it.

Since you've been doing this for 10 years or so, can you just repeat what 
your hdl and ldl were?
