Not very stable. Adrenalin (epinephrine) has a half-life in the blood
of just a few minutes. It breaks down quickly. Moreover, it's an amine
hormone, meaning that it's made of amino acids. I'm no biochemist but
I'd expect the protease enzymes in the stomach to break down these
molecules pretty quickly.
