Hello:

Could anyone tell me if the ADA covers folks with celiac who live in care facilities that receive government money? My Mother may have to go to an assisted living facility soon and many do not cater to the gf diet. She was recently hospitalized in Charlotte, NC and was given Kelloggs corn flakes for breakfast which the nurse said was on their gluten free list. I was steamed!! Thanks for any information anyone has. I will summarize.

Mary in NH
