ok...got the dirt on NUTTY FLAX....INSTANTLY  got a load of responses.  it turns out that alot of us react to flax SEEDS.  FLAX SEED OIL doesn't seem to have the same reaction.  

a warning tho, since it is a blood thinner...DO NOT TAKE UNTIL YOU GET A BLOOD TEST FOR COAGULATION.  I was taking vit e and alpha lipic acid, both blood thinners, altho I didn't know it at the time, and suffered from bleeding b ehind the retina.  I almost went blind.  Had to have laser treatments...over 200 laser shots in both eyes.  very painful and left me a tad under legally blind.   it has ten me ten years for my body to reabsorb the scar tissue to where I can see clearer.  

if you are on blood thinners, make sure you get this blood test regularly.  needless to say, I cannot and do not take aspirin.
