Hi Listmates-I'm looking for rice flakes, as in flattened rice, not
processed cereal.  I found one US manufacturer-Eden Foods-- but they say the
also process kamut and spelt on the same rollers.  Does anyone know of
brands that are certified GF?  I'm also interested in buckwheat or millet
flakes, particularly since they have more going on nutritionally than rice.
