Thank you to all who have responded with thoughtful advice. I cook a varied diet at home with everything except gluten. I don't drink wine at home or out. I am not sensitive to dairy or soy, and I avoid obvious contaminants, like marinades. After all the responses it is obvious why this has been so hard to figure out. I think I may have to Learn to live with a headache when I eat out.
