I want to try the Kentucky Fried chicken recipe that was just posted, but the ingredients include Instant Chicken Broth. Does anyone know of a brand that is both gluten-free AND kosher? 

I'm thinking there are some cubes in a yellow wrapper, that I used to buy years ago, when I wasn't trying to minimize salt. Plus, I rarely fry anything....stir-fry and sautee, yes, but not deep fry. But if I'm going to try the recipe, I'd like to have the ingredients as close to the recipe.
