Thanks for all of your responses:

For donuts, hands down recommendations were http://www.celiacspecialties.com
and www.kinnikinnick.com

For pretzels, it was www.noahspretzles.com.

Here are some other miscellaneous comments:

We have made both before, though the donuts are NOT easy.

I do take Bette Hagman's french bread recipe and make lots of things with
it: roll the dough gently in rice flour and shape into pretzels. (use sweet
rice flour if you can) Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with coarse salt
and bake. We also make pocket pizza's and chicken bakes with the same
dough. I find the most successful way is put a blob of dough on cookie
sheet, pat down with a watered down hand. Place filling of any kind in
center, place another spoon of dough on top and again pat down with wet hand
to seal. I've tried doing this with flour and it separates causing leaking
around the edges. Brush with butter and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
This is my son's favorite meal, he's 20. Fillings:chicken, mushrooms,
onions, garlic, basil, slice of mozzarella and ranch dressing.

salame, mozzarella, then dip into pizza sauce after baking.ground beef,
spinach, cheddar cheese.

But there is a KK doughnut recipe on www.recipezaar.com so you might could
figure out how to convert it. ( I am going to work on this one and will let
you know the results)

For soft pretzels...I use Pamela's Wheat Free Bread and use the bagel recipe
on the side. I form into bagel shapes, then brush with egg white and top
with kosher or pretzel salt. They taste just like Hot Soft Pretzels. :)
You can order the mix on Amazon.com (if you get it in bulk, 6 packages, it
is reasonably priced).

I just bought a mix for soft pretzels but haven't made them yet. It

is by Mrs. Robens.

Also try sillyaykbakery.com for donuts.

Outside the Breadbox (www.outsidethebreadbox.com ) would be your closest
donut, IMHO.

Bob's makes a bread mix that you can use to make pretzels or bagels with:
