My Trip to Denver is over and I wanted to summarize all the good eats there
that I had and others that were suggested.

All breakfasts were at the Residence Inn Denver City Center which had an
expanded breakfast buffet. Not much was GF but the fruit and yogurt and
beverages. All rooms in this hotel do have a full kitchen to keep the
goodies I brought just in case.

Chipotle: One of my favorites anyways. There are two near each end of 16th
St Mall. Most everything is GF except the flour tortillas. You can get a
burrito bowl with anything you want in it.

The 9th Door: This one was my favorite. They had a large selection of GF
items and many others could be made to be GF if you wanted it. This place
also had some of the best food I ever had! They serve Spanish Tapas and so
we got to have lots of different tasty things! All desserts were GF except
one.

Mad Greens: There are two. One on the mall and the other just outside the
Denver Art Museum. GF menu of many, many salads. I had one with the citrus
chicken added. Really good!

Panzano: Gourmet Italian. Very Good. I had the seafood stew which was pretty
good. They served me GF bread and my friend regular bread. She liked mine
better and we both ate the GF bread! I had creme brulee for dessert.

Starbucks: there is literally one on every corner!
Other possibilities in 2 blocks of the mall that we did not go to:

Vesta Dipping Grill
Mercury Cafe (about 5-6 block off the mall)
Maggiano's Little Italy
Chilli's
PF Changs
The only Grocery Store I found was Chez Cheese Gourmet Market and they had
some GF goodies. It was a very small market/deli (no GF bread).
Little India

It was a great weekend getaway for my best friend and me. We took a bus from
the airport to downtown then rode the free mall bus to all the places we
wanted to go. But bring your walking shoes! No rental car and no parking
fees. It was great!
