Hi Jeff.
While I never worked for Marriott and therefore have no knowledge of their proprietary software, I can tell you that a lawsuit was filed against the company last year specifically because of the inaccessibility of that software. While I don't have any updates, the original information (in accessible .pdf) can be found at

Hello everyone, I just recently interviewed for a job at a subsidiary of Marriot here in Western New York. They would have hired me for this position, but unfortunately the only thing that is standing between me and this job is an accessibility issue with software. Since this company is a subsidiary of Marriot they can't get the software. The company I interviewed with is E.L Delmonte. I was just curious if there is anyone who either works with any Marriot Subscietaries or knows someone who does and is successfully using screen reader software with the proprietary software?
