Hi, as far as uploading from your PC it is fairly accessible but a little tricky. Your best bet would be to use a mobile version of that page if you can. I don't like the desktop version of YouTube all that much myself so therefore I use my iPhone or McAnuff be reader mobile to upload and watch things on YouTube.
