Hi, I have been trying to learn and work more with HTML, and I just wanted to ask if anyone  had used and knew if the jaws Active Cursor is helpful in site creation?

Someone else mentioned the command: 'mouse up, mouse down,  mouse left, mouse right' as being helpful too. Does anyone know anything about this? 
Sorry if these are elementary questions, I'm just starting to try and figure this out


Any help would be appreciated!
