Welcome to the world of email. Other than filtering the msgs, there is no
practical way of stopping them.
That's why there is a delete key; and while I am a political conservative,
I use my delete key very liberally when going through my email.
BTW, the worst thing you can do is writing back to these spammers as, by
doing so, you are confirming that the email address is a valid one on your
end.

If we died with him,
   we will also live with him;
if we endure,
   we will also reign with him.
If we disown him,
   he will also disown us;
if we are faithless,
   he remains faithful,
   for he cannot disown himself.
2 Timothy 2:11-13 (NIV)
